[Networker] Any way to add a "comment" to savesets in the media database

I have a request to associate a string with a saveset so that the string
could be used to query the database for the correct saveset in the
future.

I don't see anything perfect for that in 6.1.x (I was hoping for a
"comment" field in the saveset section.  Does anyone have any other
suggestions?  Here's what I see.

1) 'annotation'.  This field is only valid for archives, and there's no
   way for 'save' to populate it.

2) 'Name'.  Instead of using it to hold the path to the saveset target,
   use it to hold the string in question.  This *might* work, but since
   I still want to use normal savegrps, I'm not certain how I'd get the
   save process as invoked from there to use the string in question
   (perhaps with pnpc?).  Also, is there any problem with recovery if
   this value is changed?

Is anyone doing this?  These are for some home-grown database backups.
The DB script generates this string that the DBAs are familiar with.
They'd like to just find the saveset on tape with this string and
restore the files from it.
