5TB per night in one location (~500 clients)
12TB per night in another (~500 clients)
4 other locations, total < 1TB/night
mix of wintel, aix, hpux, solaris, linux
name a DB, we probably run it.  Use sqlbacktrack to hot backup DBs to disk, 
then sweep to tape w/ legato

Restores are steadily increasing now that they have dumped a number of 
file/print Wintel servers on us.  Our Unix S/As and users don't erase much, but 
it's AMAZING how many people can't help but fat finger delete their 'personal' 
work information.

It would be much more illuminating if one gave an indication of how much data,
how many servers/workstations, number of users, type of data (oracle,
exchange,..) and how many restores etc.  I have no idea if it takes 5 people
for a terabyte of data or a petabyte so the answer is somewhat meaningless.
