[Networker] Update from Legato on Networker 7.1 special chars problem

I though I'd share this info with everybody. Got this reply from a Legato 
support engineer :

Yes you are right at the time 7.1 was release we had problems with special 
caracters (mostly french) and 7.1 was pulled out.
We have fixed it and re-released it. You can download 7.1 from our FTP 
site today to make sure that you get the "working" version
of 7.1

Haven't tried it yet (just got the email). But as he explained on the 
phone, it was just a packaging mistake (wrong/missing dll), so they didn't 
"patch" Networker, they simply repackaged it... nothing to fear :)
