Hello Joel!

I had the same problem last week.
I was recovering a big database (+500GB) and had problems with a tape
that was looping doing mount/unmount all the time. I discovered that this
particular volume was represented twice in the media DB.
After some investigation in my daemon.log I found that the volume was
recycled a couple of days ago and networker said that the volume was going
to be over-written and deleted in the media database.
The re-label of the volume was OK but the old reference and volid was not
removed from the media DB. This sounds like a bug to me but I haven't
reported it to Legato. The solution for me was to remove the oldest volume
by volid in the media DB (nsrmm -d -V xxxxxxxxxx).

   //Regards Thomas
