Yup, it sounds like a password issue. Check to be sure that the NDMP
devices you created on your server have the right userid and password
issued for your NDMP server (and make sure the userid has appropriate
access). Check also that the NDMP client entries also have the correct
userid and password entered and that the userid for the NDMP client is
authorized to run backups.
