Hi all,
I have problems to label tapes recently. After I reconnect the SCSI cable,
it seems that things are getting better. But during backup, I still get
this much error. For most of tapes, the capacity was 50G, but right now it
is only 5000M or less. When I label those tapes, it used to take about 5
minutes to 10 minutes for each one, but right now only takes 2 minutes. I
don't know it is the tape problem or SCSI prolbem. Any suggestion? Should
I change all my old tapes? And also, this moring I found the autochanger
go to slot 12 first then go back to 9 and 10. Strange!!
Backup server is running Solstice 5.1 and Solaris 2.6. Jukebox is
cybernetics.
