This will definitely be an issue to tackle when it comes to budget
planning and forecasting.
Got your budget on hardware, now you also need to budget for the
software that will run on each.
Which makes me think about a conspiracy between hardware and software
vendors.
Hardware vendors boast about their machines multi processor capability
without giving you a warning about any software licensing cost that it
might entail.
