This is an annoying restriction. For most attributes it sort of makes
sense, but I don't see why the recycle to/from should be restricted in this
way. For this reason many users avoid using the Default pool altogether.

It is not possible to modify these attributes using any of the conventional
and supported methods, nwadmin or even nsradmin. You can modify it by the
nasty unsupported method of stopping NetWorker and editing the nsr.res
file. This will work, at least with NW 6.x, I have done it in the past.
