Or the opposite. Having autoneg enabled on both switch and client is a
good idea. That almost always works nowdays. If one experiences interface
errors, one could consider setting both switch and client in 100/full.
Never configure one end with a fixed speed or duplex, when the other end
is set to autoneg. And always configure the same settings in both ends
(duh).
