As much as we hate the sales game a helpful salesmen is worth their weight in
gold.

I have had good experiences with Cambridge as well.

Joe is my salesman of choice. I've switched vendors two or three times to
continue to work with him. Anytime he or Cambridge are mentioned on the list
I give him a call and some grief.

He sent you a white paper comparing AIT/SDLT/LTO and one paragraph describing
Cambridge and offering any assistance you wanted to ask him for. Not much of
a sales pitch. He could have posted the URL of the white paper to the list
and made everyone fill out the contact information to see the paper.
Instead, he sent it only to you, the guy that asked for information about
AIT. Hardly worth sending a nasty e-mail to his boss.

The stuff I've had problems with is the stuff I didn't buy from Joe.
