It's very difficult to diagnose the problems for these two users with so
little information, because there are so many possible causes. If these are
SAN environments there are dozens of possible causes, and some sort of SCSI
reset or other SCSI conflict is high on the list. I'm not even going to
attempt to help with the sketchy information provided.
