How do you know that none accomplished the goal? What if you tried
specifying the actual file name in the "Selection" field when you run
nwrecover. If you're skipping everything then this could be wiping out
the index entry that was made by the former. I've seen this happen, but
if you enter the name then it shows up, but this was in a case where I
had two instances of the client, wherein one would skip certain things
and the other would backup what the other had skipped, but at some point
when its group ran it wiped out the index entries the other created.
