FYI, in the first tape drive replacement SUN engineer already try to swap
Drive #1 became #2 (and vice versa).
And we get conclusion that one drive was defect.
Unfortunately we get another problem on other drive (2nd time replacement).
And latest replacement was for SCSI Card with its cable.

So, what should we do now? *smile*
Since this glm messages, sooner or later could make the backup process
(and machine) became not responding. If this happened, the only workaround
is we must restart the machine (and all other applications/service).

I really appreciate for all (especially helpful) response. :D
Thank you for your supports and cooperations.

Having replaced the card and the drive the last thing to check on the
hardware side is the SCSI cable. If you still get the errors and still
believe it to be hardware then (if you can) swop the drive with another (on
a different controller and hence different SCSI cable) if the fault
transfers with the drive then its the drive at fault. Repeat this with the
card and the cable - doing it this way (when possible) is far better than
replacing parts as the fault should move with the faulty part.
