I've tried this with Solstice backup 6.1.1 and Solstice backup 7.0
The first backup of the client is fine and succeeds with level=full.
However after that, no matter what I tell the client to do I always get :-
myclient.inf.ed.ac.uk / succeeded:full:save:save -s ja
myclient.inf.ed.ac.uk:/ level=full, pool=Ad Hoc, save as of Tue Jul 15
15:37:44 GMT+0100 2003
myclient.inf.ed.ac.uk index succeeded:full:index
myclient.inf.ed.ac.uk:index level=full, pool=Ad Hoc, save as of Tue Jul 15
15:37:44 GMT+0100 2003
I've even tried setting the backup command explicitly to :-
save -s myserver-g Ad-Hoc -LL -f - -m myclient.inf.ed.ac.uk -l 9
but still no luck. Is there a known problem with this ? Can anyone suggest how
I can investigate further ? I'd rather not upgrade my server if I don't have to.
I could try booting the server in 64 bit mode ???
