call me out to lunch, but I thought uasm was unix, and then there was a

Anyone out there know the exact syntax for using the UASM command within
a Win2K environment.  We attempted, like the manual says, uasm -s
"c:\temp\thisfile.exe" > d:\test\thisfile.exe.  This command doesn't
work.  Access Denied is the message that keeps appearing.  However the
file can be copied under the same scenario.
