Hi gang,

We have just moved our 2 Sybase (development and production) servers off SQL
BackTrack and into Networker. In the old system, DB's from the Development
server were staged to disk and then restored to the production server on a
regular scheduled basis. How can I do this same thing with Networker?

Environment: Server and all clients are running Solaris 2.5, 8 or 9.
Both Sybase servers have Sybase Module for Networker 2.0 installed
Networker version for both server and all clients is 6.1.3.

We've gotten around this for now by staging to tape instead of disk but this has
great potential to interfere with our large nightly backups as we have limited
number of tape drives. Staging to disk would eliminate this possible problem.

Do we need extra Networker modules to accomplish this? We will want to do the
same thing with Oracle in the near future as well.

Thanks!
Paula
