i have heard the same. one would think that if a used product has a "for
sale" sign on it, it would need to be washed first? we have not been a
legato customer for long now, so cannot speak to the service demonstrated to
long-time legato customers, but would be curious to know if anyone has
experienced a downturn, or if it has always been at the present level? one
big wish for the (alleged) new company: resources to support the product
that is included w/the purchase price, especially given the fact that we pay
a premium for maintenance. and then we can utilize this, and other,
communities for the discussion of the REAL networker -- beyond the
documentation.
