You would have to check the compatibility guide at
www.legato.com (which I can't get to at the moment).

However, I'm 99.9% sure that it is not supported at
this point and will probably never be officially
supported.  Official support for Windows 2003 as a
client started with NetWorker 7.0.  There is additional
support being added for NetWorker 7.1.

Unless you are doing Windows NDMP you should not be
using the NetWorker 6.2 product at all.  It was a
temporary stop gap for Windows NDMP support and will
not have a very long support life.  I doubt seriously
there will ever even be a maintenance release for it.
