Richard,
Of course i have NRM revision 1.0 installed on pc with NT 4.0 and it works
perfectly, i have realy many mistake with revision 2.0.1 on Windows 2000. Where
can i find nrmcheck? Cause this utility is not in the zip file downloaded from
Legato site

I already tried to exclude some file from fal.log but without succes. The only
thing that I have from drmtrace.log is the problem with c:\winnt\system23 :-(

Thank's a lot

        Antonio

        First to make things clear.
NRM revision 1.0 is for Windows NT 4.0
NRM revision 2.0 + is for Windows 2000 SP2 should be installed.
They should not be installed vice versa.

Use the nrmcheck utility to confirm that the software is compatible with
        your hardware.

The musthave.lst file is used to add additional files or folders to the
        Mini OS CD.
The Blacklst.lst file is use to exclude files or folders.

You can also edit the FAL.log file in the winnt\FAL folder and ";" out a
file or driver that may be causing you grief. Not recommended procedure!

The drmtrace.log file will usually point to where the problem resides.

        Regards

        Richard

        Hi Richard,
i have the same problem of Claudio about create an image with DRM,
        but
my problem is with another directory as you can see:

So if i follow your hint i have to exclude c:\winnt\system32? I'm a
        little
        confused about that!
And in my case i have to create manually an image cause the schedule
        creation of it never start.

My backup server is one SF3800 with NW 6.1.3 and the PC is a w2k SP3
        with
        DRM 2.0.1
Instead if I use the DRM 1.0 for Win NT it works perfectly!

        Thank's for your help
