At the end i checked out that the tape are Universal Cleaning Tape but the 
problem is with the wrong 
bar code label.

        Absolutely not. You would possibly damage the drive by doing that.
        
        You can use an IBM cleaning tape, or if your library and drives are at a
        recent enough firmware level you can use a universal cleaning tape. All
        cleaning tapes have to have the appropriate label.
