I'm trying to use nsrmgr (just downloaded) and I get the following:

s{root}10: java -jar nsrmgr.jar ase-nsr
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
java/util/logging/Logger
        at j.<clinit>(Unknown Source)
        at cb.a(Unknown Source)
        at nsrmgr.main(Unknown Source)



Any idea what this is telling me?  How to I fix it?
