Hi:
I had this problem. First of all, there's no way to skip these using a
directive (according to  Legato).
The 'fix' for it as per Legato was as follows...
~~~~
Solution Title: Error message when doing a full backup on a Novell
system
Solution ID: legato20678
Here is the solution:
To use the LICUTIL.NLM:
1. At the server console, type the following command:
LOAD LICUTIL.NLM
2. Enter the Admin name, the context, and the password. The utility
lists all the licenses found on the server.
3. Select the license objects you want to back up, or select Fix
All License Objects. The IRF is removed from the selected
license objects.
Here is the problem or goal:
Error message when doing a full backup on a Novell system
Error: '* nw-info1:{NDS} (1) .NLS:License
ID=SN:95009196.NLS:Publisher=Novell+NLS:Product=BorderManager Site to
Site
VPN+NLS:Version=350.OU=LAS_CONDES.O=CRISTALCHILE.T=CRISTALCHILE-SA.'
Error: 'User has no access rights to the named object.'
~~~~

However, that particular fix wouldn't work for me.
The LICUTIL.NLM is very badly written. If your admin account has for
example an underscore in the name (e.g. admin_xyz) then it won't work.
I think there's a problem also if the tree has an underscore in it, or
the objects themselves have underscores in the name. All in all -
pretty useless. However, you may be luckier!

Allan.

Can you please help me on how to skip these files:

* fs2:{NDS} (1) .NLS:License ID=Mon Apr 30 07:59:23
2001-303C.NLS:Publisher=BPM+NLS:Product=BPM+NLS:Version=1.OU=ZfD
METERING LICENSES.O=REGINA.T=REG_MAIN. User has no access rights to
the named object.
* fs2:{NDS} (1) .NLS:License ID=Mon Apr 30 07:59:23
2001-303C.NLS:Publisher=BPM+NLS:Product=BPM+NLS:Version=1.OU=ZfD
METERING LICENSES.O=REGINA.T=REG_MAIN. User has no access rights to
the named object.
* fs2:{NDS} (1) .NLS:License ID=Mon Apr 30 08:55:23
2001-5B19.NLS:Publisher=Easyflow+NLS:Product=Easyflow+NLS:Version=3.OU=ZfD
METERING LICENSES.O=REGINA.T=REG_MAIN. User has no access rights to
