Yes it is possible if you can tell the JB to report only 64 slots back to
networker

we have a 30 slots exabyte and in the setup of the JB you can set to report
only  lets say 9 slots (so we can start with buying a less expensive license
and later upgrade)

It works very nice

The thing to do is to find out if your JB also has similar features,
