Here's what our contacts founds about the problem,

ADIC told us to change the mode on the Library from mode 1 to mode 2. I
think there is 6 different mode and I don't know what it's doing... It
resolve our unload problem.

We still have the problem "no handler for sdlt320 tape" when we try to do a
backup with a Tru64 Remote Storage Node. We have been told that ADIC uses
Quantum SDLT320 drive and they are not support by Legato on a Tru64 (see
page 14 of the Legato NetWorker 6.x.x HW Compat Guide Drives and Libraries).
Our Technical contact (which is Digidyne) opened a case with Legato and
don't know when the drive will be supported on Tru64. We hope to receive
good news....

Thanks to everybody!

It MAY be as simple as increasing the Eject or Unload timers in the
Autochanger resource. I recently had a similar problem with a different
brand of library/drives, where the Unload timer had to be increased from 5
seconds to 10.
