Yes there is a HUGE issue with doing mailbox level backups.

The general gist that Legato gave me was that for each mailbox backed up
with the MB directive, the process is similar to exporting the mailbox
to a PST file.

They explained that best practice would be to backup mailboxes of VPs
and other potential problematic users.  We limit it here to VP level and
Administrative Assistants.  That's about 11 mailboxes which takes about
35 minutes to complete.
