Hello All,

Does anyone knows about Legato Support policy, if the Networker is located 
remotely and controlling a strorage node on a different office branch through 
VPN? Because Legato in our area won't give us any support if this will be our 
setup. Is this a global policy of Legato or only in our area (Japan). Thanks in 
advance.
