Subject: [Networker] Bad media?

Hey All,

I'm trying to clone a couple of volumes and I get the below message.

nsrclone -v -b OnlineCloneR30Days -S 1795342594

Automatically copying save sets(s) to other volume(s)

Starting cloning operation...

  ...from storage node: tapelib

nsrclone: error, can not read record 1509 of file 132 on 9940 tape
S00098

nsrclone: Cannot open nsrclone session with tapelib

nsrclone: Failed to clone any save sets

When I run scanner on the same volume I get the below message.

scanner: Opened /dev/rmt/23cbn for read

......

scanner: fn 194 rn 1003 read error I/O error

......

Then I get the same error when I try to recover a saveset for that
volume again.

This is happening on 2 separate volumes. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Joel
