Actually I have already applied the patch but I am still having the problem.

This got fixed in 6.1.2 and above is patch
for 6.1.1.  I could be also 100% on the
wrong track as I'm just guessing here, but
AIX+6.1.1+fibre usually equals this LGTpa.

You may even try to go directly to 6.1.3
instead... You can just benefit as it is
last patch level.
