Hi,

my manager asked me if I could produce daily/weekly reports on the
availability of the devices. We're not only looking for the
'automatically disabled' drives, but also the manually disabled drive
(e.g. due to planned interventions etc...).
The automatic ones, I can handle, since this can be treated with a
script in the notifications section, but the manual ones cannot be
caught there since it's not a 'notice', 'info', 'emergency', 'alert' or
other.
So the only thing I can think of is 'grepping' the daemon.log file.

Question is: does someone have a more intelligent and real-time way of
doing this?

Cheers
Koen
