Yes, if you've never recovered data from that client before with the
current server/client version then I think upgrading the client to be as
close to the same release, if not the same, as the server would be
prudent. That just might fix his little wagon. At least that will give
tech support at Legato one less thing to ask you to do in
troubleshooting it.
