This is the most important one.  If you overlook this, you will have pain
and spend days researching it.  So, I'll say it again:  make sure that all
of your systems on the SAN that share the tape drives are configured to use
the same block size.  Yes, NetWorker does 'request' the same block size
during writes on all of its supported platforms; but, the SCSI/FC HBA must
also support this same block size.
