Hello Vera,

This is a message from Exchange Server (ESE is Extensible Storage
Engine), telling you that some program had notified ESE that it was
going to backup some portion of your Exchange Database (pub1.stm is part
of your Public Folders if you have followed normal conventions), but
that the backup program was never finished. Usually this means that the
backup program was terminated, or had an error and exited.

Usually you will also see an Event 215 from ESE shortly afterward,
saying that it lost connection to the backup program.

These are necessary because Exchange puts itself into a special backup
state while a backup is in progress, and needs to resume its normal
operation if it detects that the backup program is no longer active.

Thanks,
_Scott

Hello

Networker server OS is Solaris 9.
Networker server version is 6.1.2.
Client:
Windows 2000 SP3
Exchange 2000 SP3
BSM for MS Exchange is release 3.

Has anyone seen either of these errors?
