Hullo George,

We use +skip: *.* or skip: *.* depending on whether we want to include all
subdirectories or not.  Don't know about hidden files.  One potential
gotcha with the NT directives is that you need to specify paths in quoted
CAPITAL LETTERS, e.g.

<<"C:\RECYCLED">>
+skip: *.*

will avoid backing up the Recycle Bin.
