Few symbolic links should address Your issue.  If not, rpm has
nodeps option which address this 100%.  Before that, You will
need to create rc.d as described in release supplement somewhere
(LGTpa30719).

If You find nsrexecd core dumping after, it means Your are
missing glibc-locale-2.2.5-161.i586.rpm or higher.  rpmfind
site is Your friend ;) [all these tested with 8.1]
