Srini,

Calvin brings out a good point.  Do you have another application (such
as a different backup software) that has control of the libraries?  Are
you doing a new installation (if so why are you doing 5.5.3)?

It sounds to me like either something else has control of the robotics
or as others have brought out the jukebox is offline (or messed up).
