Srini,

You should do the following:

1) run the command: inquire (/etc/LGTOuscsi/inquire)
2) run the command: sjirjc <scsi_address_of_robotics>
(such as: sjirjc [email protected]) (for both jukeboxes)

Please send the output to this mailing list. Is this a new install?
Has either jukebox ever worked with NetWorker?

What is the output of "pkginfo | grep LGT"? Are there any errors in
/var/adm/messages?

Thanks,

Carston
