If one has an ADIC Scalar 1000 Tape-Library that's using IBM LTO ULTRIUM-TD1
tape drives is there any alternative to just using the IBM driver ?
Currently the "ibmtape.sys" driver we are using is at Version 5.0.3.2.
For a while we had Legato NetWorker server running on our new TLM
system and it worked with the library and drives fine.
We ran the legato "inquire -l" command which produces the following
from a scan of the SCSI busses.

So the robotics and tape-drives are visible from the system.
And we verified the following HARDWARE registry entries:

So the hardware is ok ...and the system sees the Library robotics and
drives.
        Next we uninstalled NetWorker
And we installed the "NetWorker-Laptop" product which is actually
"Connected-TLM".
That product does not find the media changer.
So do we have to load some other driver ?
We're using version 5.0.3.2 of the IBM LTO tape driver.
Do we want the "Removable Media service" disabled ?
        thanks - John
