I just created a new file device for my system, mounted the filesystem
per the norm, created the "device" entry in legato.  Next i went to the
big ole' label button and put it in my pool.  When I hit the OK button
it tells me it's labeled but not mounted "pool disallows mount"

Anyone ever seen that before?  It's a new one on me.  Searching through
usag.pdf and legato.com doesn't find much either.
