Re: [Networker] Exchange 2000 and 3.x BSM

Hello Tom,
This is almost surely not a Microsoft problem. It is most likely either the
Module or an operational error. Depending upon your version, we have had do
make some improvements to finding mailboxes.
To help us with this, could we please have:
. the exact Exchange Module version?
. from the Exchange Server directory ...nsr\applogs: the nsrxchsv.log file?
Thanks,
_Scott

Subject: [Networker] Exchange 2000 and 3.x BSM
I have an issue with the exchange 3.x BSM. When backing up mailboxes the
BSM only backs up approx 30% of the mailboxes when using MSEXCH:MB and
reports success. Then for a known mailbox the following is tried:
MSEXCH:MB/mailbox (display name). This too does not see the mailboxes in
question. Microsoft or Legato issue? any thoughts?
