I'm sure there probably are new bugs in 6.1.3, but I haven't seen any of
them yet.  For us, it has been working better than both 6.1.1 and 6.1.2.
6.1.3 fixed several problems we had noted with earlier versions, so it
was a very good upgrade for our site.
