We recently upgraded a server (Windows) to version of 6.1.3 and noted that
NetWorker is now time stamping the daemon.log in AM/PM format.  Are your
6.1.3 daemon logs also in 12hr format as well? And the "messages" log in
24hr?  I am assuming this is a non configurable attrribute. (We have
already changed the regional settings, it has no affect on the behavior).

I believe that 5.X and 6.0.1 was 24hr; 6.1.1 was 12hr; 6.1.2 was 24hr; and
now 6.1.3 is back to 12hr.

If anyone from Legato is listening.... consistency in this regards would be
appreciated.  Some of us are using log file monitors.
