[Networker] Memory Read Error

I get the following error when I try to backup data from one of the SQL clients 
-

nsrsqlsv.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x0046140c" referenced memory at "0x3531544e". The memory 
could not be read.
Click on OK to terminate the programe.
Click on Cancel to debug the programe.

This error comes on the Client Server. No messages get generated on the 
Networker Server. The backup gets terminated automatically. Even trying a 
manual backup from the client server, we get the same error. We have tried 
reinstalling the SQL module. We first used SQL  module Ver. 3.0 & have tried 
Ver. 3.1 with the same result.

Can someone help me.
