Yes,

However, Networker is not 'aware' of the veristas cluster, so you will
need to add a client for each physical nodes with saveset=all (which is
normal) and a client for the clustered filesystems, with as savesets the
clustered fileystems (not All). Another thing to do is use as save
command 'save -c <virtual client>' to have a seperate index for these
filesystems. 
Makes restores easier, but remember to use recover -c <virtual client>.

Note that you will not need a cluster license, not now, probably not
ever (Veritas cluster/backup vs. Legato cluster/backup marketing people
do not get along very well...)
