Hi, All

I'm trying to use the so-called "snapshot" function of the Netware
client to get a consistent backup of files that may be open or in use.
the process is giving more grief than results thus far and I'm wondering
if there's anybody out there who has experience of this facility,
especially anybody who may have it working to their satisfaction. if so,
I'd be eternally grateful for a chance to put our long-suffering Netware
guy in touch.
