hi,

on the virutell clients you must in the remote access list the two nodes with
the user and system. example system@node1 and system@node2.

you can start the recover from networker user under the direct recover button.
you must select the virtuell client and recover two the node where the virtuell
client is running.

good luck
v.

Betreff: [Networker] Problems with NT Cluster Backup esp. Recover

Hi all,

We are using Legato`s Cluster client for our NT Cluster.

Configuration short sample:

Win2K Server IP: 111112 Saving C: and D:
Virtual Client IP:111122 Saving G: (the virtuell part)

Win2K Server2: IP: 111113 Saving C: and D:
Virtual Client IP:111123 Saving H: (the virtuell part)

Every part is in the hosts. The Backup works fine. Full Backup and incr. Backup

Today I want to make a Test Recover, but I can only recover the real Parts of
both Servers (C:/D:) Networker doesn`t show me, the daily Backups of the
virtuell clients.

Has anybody an idea?

Thanks
Olaf
