Hi Chris,
in version 6.x there should be no problem using "cp" or "mv" command. The
reason is the structur-change of the index from version 5.x to 6.x. Moved
about 170 client-index on two different server under 6.x with "mv" by myself
and it worked, no problems.

Betreff: [Networker] Moving /nsr/index in 6.1.2
Hello all,
Has anyone had success with moving the indexes in Networker 6.1.2? I read
I can move them with UNIX cp command but wanted to ask the field to see if
there is a better way.
Thanks in advance.
PS - The reason for the move is I'm moving my /nsr directory currently
mounted on an EMC Sym to another, seperate EMC Sym.
