Good-day all,

Does anyone have any experience with NetWorker in a BMC Remedy environment.
?

Remedy Helpdesk is used (on top of Remedy ARS) to centrally issue "trouble
tickets" for various types of system and network errors.

These find their way into Remedy via an SNMP framework product ( like
Unicenter) or also via email (so I have read).

Theoretically, NetWorker notifications could be used to communicate error
information to Remedy via email or some other useful utility.

Has anyone done this, or checked it out thoroughly ?

TIA

John Hope-Bailie
