Hi all,

my environment is NW server 6.1.2 on W2K, SAN arch. with DDS (Compaq),
Tru64 Unix clients&storage nodes. On Tru64 there is SAP & Oracle module
installed.
If I do backup of tablespaces it is OK. But the backup of redo logs return
error which says:
SBTbackup returned error
nwora_open_backup: unable to start save session with server Legato:
Networker module for Oracle/1 is not properly enabled
ORA_19624 occured during call to DBMS_BACKUP_RESTORE_BACKUPPIECECREATE

It happened only when number of redo logs exceeds cca 100 arch files.
If number of arch files is <100 then backup ends OK.

I checked licenses and license for Oracle module is OK.

So I suspected that problem is because server takes each arch file like one
saveset and maybe there is some problems with it.
I found a variable rman_filesperset in initR3Q.sap file, which can be used
for defining number of files in one saveset. By default is 0 (one file in
one saveset) but if increased it should ment more files in one spareset.
But if I change this number nothing is changed and there is still one file
in one saveset.

Does anyone knows what could be a problem?

Regards,

Primoz
