I guess that the replacement of the sometimes quite helpful/sometimes not at
all helpful Techdialog web pages with the apparently quite good Web Support
Services is a great step forward - if you have a support agreement with Legato.

But what about those using the "Solstice Backup" re-badged NetWorker from Sun,
and who have their support agreement with Sun rather than Legato? How are
Solstice Backup users supposed to gain access to this Legato web service?

Techdialog was far from perfect, but at least it was there.  With its demise I
think that SBU users will now require this list more than ever!
