Yes it will be supported... JNI is now officially supported by Sun and
native drivers may come any time now. A recent agreement between JNI and Sun
was the result  clamor from many site using JNI....  The only sad part with
JNI drivers is that the more JNI HBA's you have on a system, the more likely
you will have problems (even with LGT 6.1.x..) -- ie. inquire is slowwww to
impossible as do jbconfigs...  (no amount of lus.conf, sd.conf or st.cnf
tweaking can fix this..). The only reponse I got from Sun is that Legato
will supposedly release LGTuscsi libraries that will skip "disks" in probes
during inquire, jbconfig, etc....
